TO: ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS-AT-LAW OF MANUEL H. WALTON, A.K.A. EMANUEL H. WALTON, DECEDENT, AND ALL PERSON(S) AND/OR ENTITIES NAMED IN THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF THE DECEDENT DATED AUGUST 1, 2023, WHOSE NAMES, POST OFFICE ADDRESSES AND/OR STREET ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN

You have been made Defendants in a suit filed in this Court by DEXTER L. WALTON, Petitioner, seeking Determination of Heirs of MANUEL H. WALTON, A.K.A. EMANUEL H. WALTON, Decedent, also seeking to probate in solemn form the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent, MANUEL H. WALTON, A.K.A. EMANUEL H. WALTON, dated August 1, 2023.

You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9 a.m. on the 12th day of October, A.D. 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of Lamar County, 403 Main Street, Purvis, MS 39475, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money and other things demanded in the Petition. You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
