COUNTY OF PEARL RIVER
TRUSTEE`S NOTICE
OF SALE
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 3rd day of February, 2023, DEVIN B EISMAN AND ROXANNE R. EISMAN executed a Land Deed of Trust unto Joshua W. Closson, Trustee for the benefit of HL&C – GREENBRIAR, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, Mississippi, in Land Deed Trust Book 2023, Page 2021, 4 pages recorded.
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Land Deed of Trust and HL&C- GREENBRIAR, LLC, the holder of the Note and Land Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned Trustee so to do, I will on the 14th day of October, 2026, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during the legal hours, between 11:00 a.m. o’clock and 4:00 p.m. o’clock, at the East front door of the Pearl River County Chancery Court at 100 South Main St., in Poplarville, Mississippi 39470, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described real property lying and being situated in Pearl River County, State of Mississippi, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the SE corner of Vida V. Neal’s 2 acre tract in Moses Murphy Claim No. 39, on the East margin of the Old Gainesville-Columbia Road; thence South along said road 35 degrees East 703 feet to an iron pipe for a place of beginning, thence North 56 degrees 15 minutes East 140 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 35 degrees East 65 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 56 degrees 15 minutes West 140 feet to the East margin of Gainesville and Columbia public road; thence North 35 degrees West 65 feet to a place of beginning, being one lot 65 X 140 feet in Moses Murphy Claim No. 39, Township 6 South, Range 17 West, Pearl River County, Mississippi.
I will convey only such title as vested in me as Trustee.
