COUNTY OF PEARL RIVER
TRUSTEE’S NOTICE
OF SALE
WHEREAS, Thompson Investments & Construction, LLC, executed a certain Deed of Trust to Byron J. Stockstill, Trustee, for the benefit of First National Bank of Picayune dated May 21, 2014, and recorded in Land Trust Deed Book 1649 at Page 171, and a Correction Deed of Trust dated May 21, 2014, and recorded in Land Trust Deed Book 1655 at Page 66, and
WHEREAS, Thompson Investments & Construction, LLC, executed a certain Leasehold Deed of Trust to Byron J. Stockstill, Trustee, for the benefit of First National Bank of Picayune dated January 31, 2018, and recorded in Book 2018 at Page 815, and
WHEREAS, Thompson Investments & Construction, LLC A/K/A Thompson Investments, executed a certain Leasehold Deed of Trust to Byron J. Stockstill, Trustee, for the benefit of FNB Picayune Bank dated June 24, 2022, and recorded in Book 2022 at Page 6828, and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deeds of Trust and Leasehold Deeds of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deeds of Trust and Leasehold Deeds of Trust, and the legal holder of said indebtedness, FNB Picayune Bank, formerly First National Bank of Picayune, having requested the undersigned Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deeds of Trust and Leasehold Deeds of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder together with attorney’s fees and expense of sale.
NOW THEREFORE, I, Byron J. Stockstill, Trustee in the said Deeds of Trust and Leasehold Deeds of Trust will on the 8th day of October, 2026, offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours, being between the hours of 11:00 a.m., and 4:00 p.m., at the East Front Door of the County Courthouse in the City of Poplarville, Pearl River County, Mississippi, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property lying and being situate in Pearl River County, Mississippi, to-wit:
Unexpired portion of a 25-year lease of Greenview Subdivision, Part 4, Lot #22, of the City of Picayune, Pearl River County, Mississippi, as per map or plat thereof on file in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, Mississippi.
Tax Parcel No. 617-516-001-03-015-00 PPIN 24809.
ALSO DESCRIBED AS:
Section 16, Township 6 South, Range 17 West
Commence at a point where the North right-of-way of Airport Road intersects the East right-of-way of Greenview Drive; thence runs North along the East right-of-way of Greenview Drive a distance of 537.00 feet more or less, this being the Point of Beginning of the following described land. From said point thence run East a distance of 120.00 feet more or less; thence run North a distance of 62.00 feet more or less; thence run West a distance of 120.00 feet more or less to said East right-of-way of Carver Drive; thence runs West a distance of 120.00 feet more or less to the East right-of-way of Greenview Drive, thence run South a distance of 62.00 feet more or less, to the Point of Beginning, [containing 0.17 acre(s) more or less, 133 Greenview Drive, Picayune, Mississippi].
The property is located in Pearl River County at 133 Greenview Drive, Picayune, Mississippi 39466.
I will convey only such title as is vested in me as Trustee.
