TRUSTEE’S NOTICE
OF SALE

WHEREAS, Thompson Investments & Construction, LLC, executed a certain Leasehold Deed of Trust to Byron J. Stockstill, Trustee, for the benefit of First National Bank of Picayune dated December 21, 2020, and recorded in Book 2021 at Page 413, and
WHEREAS, Thompson Investments & Construction, LLC A/K/A Thompson Investments, executed a certain Leasehold Deed of Trust to Byron J. Stockstill, Trustee, for the benefit of FNB Picayune Bank dated June 24, 2022, and recorded in Book 2022 at Page 6827, and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Leasehold Deeds of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Leasehold Deeds of Trust, and the legal holder of said indebtedness, FNB Picayune Bank, formerly First National Bank of Picayune, having requested the undersigned Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Leasehold Deeds of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder together with attorney’s fees and expense of sale.
NOW THEREFORE, I, Byron J. Stockstill, Trustee in the said Leasehold Deeds of Trust will on the 8th day of October, 2026, offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours, being between the hours of 11:00 a.m., and 4:00 p.m., at the East Front Door of the County Courthouse in the City of Poplarville, Pearl River County, Mississippi, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property lying and being situate in Pearl River County, Mississippi, to-wit:
Unexpired portion of a 40-year lease dated October 28, 2008, of Lot #15, Part 2, Greenview Subdivision, as platted and recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, Mississippi:
Section 16, Township 6 South, Range 17 West
Greenview Subdivision, Part 2, Lot #15, of the City of Picayune, Pearl River County, Mississippi, as per Map or Plat thereof on file in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Pearl River County, Mississippi; more particularly described as;
Commence at a point where the South right-of-way of Palestine Road intersects the East right-of-way of Greenview Drive; thence run South along said right-of-way of Greenview Drive a distance of 557.00 feet more or less this being the Point of Beginning. From said point thence run East a distance of 120.00 feet more or less; thence run South a distance of 60.00 feet more or less; thence run West 120.00 feet more or less to the East right-of-way of Greenview Drive; thence run North along Greenview Drive a distance of 60.00 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning; containing 0.17 acre more or less. (117 Greenview Drive)
The property is located in Pearl River County at 117 Greenview Drive, Picayune, Mississippi 39466.

I will convey only such title as is vested in me as Trustee.
