FRANKLIN, DATED OCTOBER 15, 2015, AND, IN THAT CERTAIN TRACT OF REAL PROPERTY BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN INSTRUMENT IN THE OFFICE OF THE CHANCERY CLERK OF PEARL RIVER COUNTY MISSISSIPPI, RECORDED IN BOOK 284, PAGE 547, ALSO BEARING TAX PARCEL NO. 5178270000005800, AND, BOOK 230, PAGE 173, ALSO BEARING TAX PARCEL NO. 5177260000002700.
You have been made Defendants in a suit filed in this Court by SCOTT A. FRANKLIN, Petitioner, seeking Determination of Heirs, of ROBERT A. FRANKLIN, Decedent.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 16th day of November, A.D. 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of Perry County Courthouse, located at 103 South Main Street, New Augusta, MS 39462, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money and other things demanded in the Petition.
