You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by MKH Investments, LLC, seeking to confirm and quiet title. Defendants other than you in this action are Sharon T. Spencer; The Bank of New York Mellon F/K/A The Bank Of New York as Trustee for the Certificate Holders of CWMBS, Inc., CWMBS Reforming Loan Remic Trust Certificates, Series 2005-R2; Pearl River County, Mississippi; Hal Kittrell District Attorney for Pearl River County, Mississippi; Lynn Fitch, Attorney General for the State of Mississippi. You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint filed against you in this action to Alexander & Cruse, PLLC, whose address is 1016 Sixth Ave. Suite A, Picayune, MS 39466.
