YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED
You are a beneficiary under the Last Will and Testament of Anna Rose C. Bacas. You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this County by Cynthia Ryckaert and John Thomas Bacas, Co-Executors, seeking Court approval of the First and Final Accounting. Defendant Beneficiaries other than you in this action are Bernard Joseph Bacas, John Thomas Bacas, Cynthia Ryckaert, and Bette Ann Littleton.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the First and Final Accounting in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 9th day of November, 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Pearl River County Courthouse at 100 South Main Street, Poplarville, Mississippi, before the Honorable Sheila Havard Smallwood, Chancery Court Judge, and show cause, if any you can, why the First and Final Accounting of the Co-Executors should not be accepted and confirmed by the Court, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you approving the First and Final Accounting for the money or other things or relief demanded in the First and Final Accounting.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
