TO: 1. Defendant, AMY HOWARD, who was not located within the State of Mississippi, after due diligence search by Plaintiff, and if dead, her unknown heirs-at-law, legatees, devisees, executors, administrators, and legal representatives, each of whom is an adult non-resident of the State of Mississippi or not to be found therein, none of whom are known to Plaintiff and each of whom was not found within the State of Mississippi by Plaintiff after diligent search and inquiry personally made by Plaintiff and whose names, present places of residence, post office address and street address are unknown to Plaintiff after diligent search and inquiry to ascertain the same.
2. Defendant, AUBREY EUGENE WATSON, who was not located within the State of Mississippi, after due diligence search by Plaintiff, and if dead, his unknown heirs-at-law, legatees, devisees, executors, administrators, and legal representatives, each of whom is an adult non-resident of the State of Mississippi or not to be found therein, none of whom are known to Plaintiff and each of whom was not found within the State of Mississippi by Plaintiff after diligent search and inquiry personally made by Plaintiff and whose names, present places of residence, post office address and street address are unknown to Plaintiff after diligent search and inquiry to ascertain the same.
3. ANY AND ALL PERSONS HAVING OR CLAIMING ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE INTEREST IN THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY SOLD FOR TAXES ON AUGUST 29, 2022, VIZ: 1 LOT IN NW ¼ OF SW ¼ PARCEL 6176140030203100 S-T-R: 14-06S-17W PPIN 26585 YR 2021 DEED BOOK 2020 PAGE 000635.
You have been made a Defendants in the suit filed in this Court by Plaintiff, KNC HOLDINGS seeking to confirm its title to the property described above, acquired from a tax sale.
You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint filed against you in this action to DAVID PILGER, Attorney for the Plaintiff whose address is 1406 Bienville Blvd., Suite 101, Ocean Springs, Mississippi, 39564.
