IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF PEARL RIVER COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
IN THE MATTER OF THE
LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ETHEL MCNEESE PERRY (DECEASED)
CAUSE NO. 26-pr-00258-P
JOINT EXECUTORS’ NOTICE
TO THE CREDITORS OF ETHEL MCNEESE PERRY:
Letters Testamentary having been granted on the 5th day of October, 2026, by the Chancery Court of Pearl River County, Mississippi, in Cause No. 26-pr-00258-P to the undersigned upon the Estate of Ethel McNeese Perry, deceased, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate to present same to the Clerk of said Court for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice on October 14, 2026, or the claims will ever be barred.
