You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Jose L Guitierrez, seeking to confirm and quiet title. Defendants in this action are the Lillie Mae Richardson Living Trust. You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint filed against you in this action to Alexander & Cruse, PLLC, whose address is 1016 Sixth Ave. Suite A, Picayune, MS 39466. A response is required to be mailed or delivered within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication herein or a judgement will be entered against you for money or other things demanded in the Complaint.
