LUCAS, DECEDENT, AND ALL PERSON(S) AND/OR ENTITIES NAMED IN THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF THE DECEDENT DATED APRIL 7, 2015, WHOSE NAMES, POST OFFICE ADDRESSES AND/OR STREET ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN
You have been made Defendants in a suit filed in this Court by AMY T. REYNA, Petitioner, seeking Petition for Authority to Sell Real Property And Authorization Of Sale Of Real Property of MARY E. LUCAS, Decedent.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9 a.m. on the 7th day of December, A.D. 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of Pearl River County, 100 South Main St. Poplarville, MS. 39470, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money and other things demanded in the Petition.
