You have been made Defendants in a suit filed in this Court by BARBARA LOPEZ BURAS, Petitioner, seeking Petition for Appointment of Administrator(rix), Determination of Heirs and for Other Relief of JERRY JAY LOPEZ, SANDRA L. ELKINS, NICHOLAS, J. ELKINS , Decedents.
