NOTICE TO CREDITORS

IN THE MATTER OF THE PATRICIA M. TEXTOR REVOCABLE TRUST, dated July 5, 2012, pursuant to Mississippi Code Ann. §91-8-504(a)(6)(C), notice is hereby given to all persons or entities having claims against THE PATRICIA M. TEXTOR REVOCABLE TRUST and/or Patricia M. Textor, that all claims against the Grantor, Patricia M. Textor, Deceased, must be presented to the Trustee and failure to present such claims to the Trustee within ninety (90) days of the date of the first publication of this notice will forever bar the claim, any claims must include the date the debt was incurred, the amount due, an itemized account or statement of claim with a description thereof, and an affidavit stating that the claim is just, correct, and owing from THE PATRICIA M. TEXTOR REVOCABLE TRUST and/or Patricia M. Textor, that it is not usurious, that neither the affiant nor any other person has received payment in whole or in part thereof, except such as is credited thereon, and that security, if any, has not been received, except as stated, and mailed to Sandra R. Zimmerman, Successor Trustee, c/o Andrew R. McKinney, Attorney, 1406 Bienville Boulevard, Ocean Springs, MS 39564.
