You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Taderell Lamont Roberts, seeking to confirm and quiet title. Defendants in this action are James D. Daniels; Mary Louise Daniels; SKL Investments, Inc. D/B/A College Investments Company; Carolyn Miller; Mildred Hairston; Mrs. Foster Smith; E.N. Walters; Pearl River County, Mississippi; Hal Kittrell District Attorney for Pearl River County, Mississippi; Lynn Fitch, Attorney General for the State of Mississippi. You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint filed against you in this action to Alexander & Cruse, PLLC, whose address is 1016 Sixth Ave. Suite A, Picayune, MS 39466.
