TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF EDGAR COLE HALL, JR., DECEASED and BRANDON LEE CUTRER
You have been made Defendants in the petition filed in this Court by James Micheal Hall, seeking to have the Court adjudicate the sole and only heirs-at-law of Edgard Cole Hall, deceased.
Defendants other than you in this action are none.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 30th day of November, 2026 in the Chancery Courtroom of Pearl River County at Poplarville, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
