You have been made Defendants in the suit filed in this Court, styled Petition for Determination of Heirs at Law of SHERRITA LASHAE (YOUNG) MURRAY. There are no other Defendants other than you in this matter.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:30 a.m. on the 3rd day of December, 2026, in the courtroom of the Lafayette County Chancery Building at Oxford, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
